I work with this BrightStar for many years, doing their billing. They are professional and provide a premium level of service to their patients. They also have struggled with so many employees who cannot follow rules and do not acknowledge their core values! Please don't let these reviews stop you from at least calling their office and talking directly to their staff. Jen

When we needed in-home care for my father, post surgery, BrigthStar was referred to us from the rehabilitation center he was at. After working with them, I understand why. Mechelle and the team at BrightStar were incredibly responsive when I called. They took a huge load off of me, and my mother, and were able to move quickly to arrange the in-home care my father needed. They communicated well with me and with the rehabilitation facility, their caregivers were all helpful and friendly, and my parents felt incredibly comfortable with them in their home. If we ever need home care services again, I would only call BrightStar, and I would recommend them highly to anyone else needing their services.
