I have got two great caregivers Lynda T and Miranda Lewis.The clean ,do laundry and cook if I ask them which is a big help to me being disabled with mobility problems.They both have good personalities and always in a good mood.they give a good impression of the culture of the company.

Well over a year ago a trusted friend knew I needed help with the care of my mother and introduced me to Brightstar Care. Weekly and eventually biweekly a sitter came to my aunts home to care for my mom while my aunt ran errands. My aunt spoke highly of the sitters , gained their trust and looked forward to her outings.

My mother recently moved into a memory care and I was missing the care from Brightstar. Walking down the hall with her arm around my mom’s shoulder was how I met Annie. Her touch, patience, smile and soft voice melted my heart. I was going out of town and this brought a needed peace of mind. While I was out of town she had a picture of my mom in art class sent to my phone-Priceless. Brightstar Care provides exceptional Five Star care and I highly recommend their services.

My husband's caretaker, Lynda, is the best we have ever had. She does anything and everything that we have asked her to do to help him. They play games, including Monopoly, where they challenge each other to games and as to the number each one has won. Pretty funny to watch them go after one another. She makes my husband smile more than he usually does and is always very happy to see her walk through our door. She is such a help to me so I can get out and run errands that I could not do is she were not here. She helps a lot physically to lifting items that neither of us can't do. Lynda lived in AZ for quite sometime and that helped with an instant connection with me as I was born and raised there and then Bob and I retired there before moving to TN to be closer to family. Don't ever want to do without her!! She is one special person to us.

I honestly don’t know how I got by without Andrea. She is constantly moving helping me get from one place to another and is amazing chef. Her visits bring light throughout my house, thoughtful interesting conversation and and a smile that never leaves her face. The office staff, Jaquoia especially are superb always insuring that i’m happy. Thank you Brightstar for sending Andrea to my house. She is a one of a kind woman. I would recommend Brightstar for all your home care needs.
