I am thankful for brightstar care for sending me a great caregiver like Tashae Barbour. She has been very helpful and kind.

I have been using BrightStar Care in Chesapeake, Virginia for nearly 3.5 years (Nov 2020). My primary caregiver is Fernando Torres and he, simply put, is the best. Whether it’s a changing, transferring me out of my bed/chair or a great companion and friend. Linda is also an awesome nurse and always checks up on me. Thanks BrightStar for allowing me to live my life.

I worked with Brightstar almost 5 years now and im very satisfied with this company. The office staff is wonderful and I have a great relationship with each and everyone. Let me start by saying this it’s always gonna be a company that has problems but over the I have been working for almost two months and over here at brightstar it feels like a family and they want you to grow. I love all of our schedulers. I have never have been disrespected by anyone of our schedulers. I would definitely recommend brightstar care to anybody and that’s a fact. They love you here and want you to be the best that you can be for their company. And by the way the orientation wasn’t a lie. It’s up to you and your attendance…. And my clients will definitely be leaving a review. But I also want to thank Dennis for taking a chance on me.

Since working with Brightstar this place has made me feel happy. The staff is awesome. Dennis is not only a supervisor he's taking off his supervisor hate and put on his dad hat with great advice. You don't find that in most places you work. Btightstar Care Yall Rock!!!!

It is a joy to have her working with my uncle because she is very caring and patient , loving , knowledgeable and efficient in all of her duties. I would definitely recommend BrightStar for anyone in this field looking for employment. I’ve never had any issues with any of the staff ! Gloves, hand sanitizer and masks are given to me because I work a full time case ! They’ve always had work for me available and they have overtime!! The money is here you just have to work ! You can pretty much make your on schedule! This is the best home health care agency I’ve ever worked ! Every job has its benefits and disadvantages but personally I love it here ! Weekly pay and room to grow and you get rewards . Dennis is always doing something nice for the employees and he actually interacts with us. Andrea does well with coordinating schedules and making sure u get your desired schedule as well as not just putting you with anyone . She will do her best to put you with someone you can get along with and get the best hours with and that’s a good location for you driving wise. The nurses are nice and they can be strict but that’s because they want the best for you other than that super sweet and full of knowledge 💛.
