I was drawn to work for Brightstar almost 10 years ago now. I have always enjoyed working for them. Friendly staff and flexible hours have always kept me working for them. I decided to allow Brightstar to care for my severely disabled daughter at my home. We actually have had the same nurse since 2004. Now that's dedication! Brightstar a great team to work for!

I love my job working for Brightstar care! They are family oriented, they go above and beyond for not only their clients but for us aides as well. There has been times I had family emergencies, they did not hesitate to find someone to cover the remainder of my shift. They have texted and called to check on me and my family. No other company that I’ve worked for has done that, the other companies were more worried if my hours were gong to be covered. The office staff and on call staff have always been friendly and helpful in answering my questions or concerns. The office staff work just as hard as we do with answering the phones and making calls and the other stuff that goes on behind the scenes of the company that no one talks about.

Brightstar is a good company to work for they care about their clients but also their employees. It’s a good company to work for with growth potential.

Working for bright star is amazing. They make you feel at home whenever you walk in they always have smiles on their faces and warm welcomes to give. It feel like family working with them they are always there when you need them.

I have worked for this company for two years and I am very happy here. I did not fully appreciate how stressed out I was at my old job until I started this one full time. I have never doubted that I was an important, valuable asset. My opinion matters. I have never been treated with so much respect, before. They have bent over backwards to make sure that I have a schedule that I like. When I was injured, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to rest and not re-injure myself. I would strongly encourage anyone who is on the fence about applying to give a try. Everyone is so nice and encouraging. The clients are wonderful. I honestly can say that I love my job.
