Fluent in both Spanish and English, Stephanie excels in engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Richard Hall

    Director of Nursing

    Richard Hall, RN, BSN is an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and military veteran based in San Antonio, TX. With a background in both nursing and military service, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to his roles. He began his nursing career in various clinical settings, including emergency departments and behavioral health units. Richard's dedication to patient care and leadership qualities led him to assume roles such as Charge Nurse and Trauma Coordinator.

    In addition to his nursing career, Richard served in the U.S. Army for twenty years, holding various positions including Infantryman, Practical Nursing Specialist, and Special Operations Combat Medic. He received numerous commendations and awards for his service, demonstrating his commitment to excellence.

    Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and has extensive training in advanced life support and trauma care. He is also actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Red Cross and the Society for Creative Anachronism.

    In 2021, Richard joined BrightStar Care as an RN Case Manager, where he managed patient cases and coordinated care services. In February 2024, he assumed the role of Director of Nursing, overseeing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

    Richard's diverse background, leadership skills, and dedication to serving others make him a valuable asset in both healthcare and community settings.

  • Troy Dahman, BSBA

    Human Resources Manager & Business Development Officer

    Troy Dahman, a native of Refugio, Texas, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare sector. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waldorf University, Troy excels in management, technical writing, healthcare management, and business process improvement.

    Currently serving as the Human Resources and Business Development Manager at BrightStar Care for over 4 years, Troy oversees recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.

    Troy's career includes leadership positions such as Center Director at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., and Grifols, where he demonstrated proficiency in managing operations, P&L, community relations, and regulatory compliance in the biopharmaceutical industry.

    Prior to this, Troy served as the Regional Director of Field Operations at United Blood Services, representing the Wyoming region. He also held the role of Manager of Donor Services, Fixed Site Operations at BioBridge Global, overseeing multiple community blood facilities, as well as other management roles over the span of 9 years.

    Additionally, Troy contributes to the community as a Board Member at Haven for Hope of Bexar County, demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.

    Throughout his career, Troy has shown a commitment to driving organizational success through strategic initiatives, process improvements, and effective leadership.

  • Paul Duduit

    Staffing & National Accounts Manager
    Paul Duduit is a highly motivated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Boston University. Skilled in marketing, government contracts, and healthcare industry operations, he currently serves as Staffing Manager at BrightStar Care San Antonio. In this role, Paul not only oversees multiple departments and staff but also plays a pivotal role in procuring and managing government contracts, particularly in the health care sector. Additionally, he is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing strategies to enhance patient census and facilitate effective facility staffing. Paul's expertise also extends to managing clinical trials, medical social and wellness event contracts, and setting up procurement bids for various projects. Moreover, he serves as a BLS Instructor at the American Heart Association. Previous experience includes roles in client services, recruiting, legislative aid, and volunteering. Paul holds a Texas State DSHS EMT-B License and American Heart BLS Instructor certification.
