Very Happy with Bright star care Danvers Ma. We needed a caretaker for my 97 yr Korean War veteran dad (Tony) who lives alone to help fill the void., My mom , recently entered a nursing home and my siblings were spread thin between both parents . A Bright star rep came out with a very caring nurse ,Caprielli to evaluate him .. After assessing and listening to my dad’s needs . They assigned Elvis as my dads caregiver . He has been amazing . My dad took to him fairly quickly . Elvis is extremely caring , takes care of all my dads needs 3 days a week for 3hrs. He makes sure he takes his meds, makes sure he eats and cleans his living areas meticulously.,laundry makes bed and disinfects everything .. He’s very punctual and understands my dad still wants to be independent but jumps in to help whenever needed. Most importantly he’s become a great companion to Tony . Before his shift ends he helps my dad Take a walk in neighborhood , something my dad was hesitant to do with his unstableness . He’s walks with a cane but Elvis brings a sitting walker , just in case he gets winded along with a bottled water for my dad . Elvis is an enormous help to us and knowing my dad is well taken care of is a huge stress lifted from my siblings and I . We truely feel blessed . We also get follow ups and asked if we need anything from Bright star representatives and Nurse Capreilli every few weeks . Elvis is a five star caregiver in our eyes Thank You , Bright star care and Elvis !

Natasha is with me two days a week, and she's always a pleasure to be with. She is upbeat, caring, thoughtful, efficient and extremely competent. I'm lucky to have her!

Maria does all my laundry and washing my floors she is so sweet I wish there were more like Maria she is the best forget the rest.

Jessica is very good, very caring, and she helps me a lot.

Aesha is a compassionate caring person who is reliable and cool goes with the beat of thing ya know also likes the music I play
