My mom who lives in a independent senior living apartment building. Now needs PCA services and the complex recommended Bright Star. My mom has told me "that she appreciates her regular PCA Beverly. She does everything I want her to do. She remembers to clean the microwave and bathroom rugs. The place looks so nice.". I appreciate being able to call after hrs and get a real person to talk to. All of the office people including Katie and Michelle who have answered the phone have gone over and beyond with helping me care for my mom. Sincerely,

Brightstar was amazing to work with during our loved one’s time in home hospice. They were extremely responsive and supportive of our needs during a very difficult time. The caregivers were wonderful and Nur, Natasha and Mercy went above and beyond. Thank you.
We began working with Brightstar several months ago to support my mom, who is in independent care. They currently provide caregiver services three days a week, along with a nursing visit every other week. Overall, the caregivers and staff have been excellent, and the communication has been far better than with our previous provider. The owner is also very involved and consistently present for my brother, mom, and me. Thank you for the outstanding service and for keeping my mom comfortable, happy, and healthy!

My dad is cared for by a very wonderful person Mirtha. Every day she makes my dad feel special. He looks forward to seeing her. She does a lot more than just the daily routine. She’s incredibly patient with my dad and helps him with so much. As a daughter knowing her dad is always in good hands is very important. BrightStar Care provided excellent in home hospice care for my father for several months. Heather and Michelle, in the office, perfectly matched Dad's caregivers and scheduling to his changing needs and were always available for questions or additions to said care. Dad received compassionate, sensitive and quality care from so many - Hannah, Eunice, Nur, Lauren, Catherine, Henriet, Mirtha, Madison - each and every one arrived on time, was well prepared for their shift and always went the extra mile with their caregiving. When I needed help with my husband with dementia Lauren and Hayley were our caregivers and they were excellent. They engaged him in conversation even when he had difficulty communicating, and he enjoyed his time with them.
PT with Melissa was his favorite day of the week. As she mixed in fun stories that made him laugh, he worked on the exercises as well as he was able.
