In-Home Care in Maple Grove & Andover, MN

Brightstar Care has been an absolute delight to work with for the needs of my 98 year old Independant Living father. He's not quite ready for Assisted Living but needs help with his meds (nursing) and weekly things like shopping, laundry, cleaning etc. (caregiving). Arica handles the nursing scheduling and Katie the caegiving, both are just a phone call or email away and super resposive. After a recent fall Dad's immediate needs increased tenfold, Arica and Katie stepped up and delivered overnight! Nurses and caregivers have been at his side giving his the care he needs until assisted living opens up in about a week. The staff has been unbelievably friendly, professional, hard woking, on time, I can't say enough. I would like to thank them all by name but I'm afraid I would leave one or more out and that wouldn't be fair. Heather has put together a first class team of people who truly care about our loved ones. Thank you to all of you on behalf of my father and my whole family.

If you have a child with a disease that requires a nurse to give an injection - I hope you get matched with BrightStar. My son's nurse, Arica, is like the best human being I've met in a long time. She's punctual, communicative, hilarious, and has become a part of the family in a way. I know where we stand with each other, my son who will be 14 soon, adores her even if he doesn't "show" it lol. She really is the 🐝 🦵! ❤️ I hope she gets a raise soon!!

BrightStar Care is amazing. My 88 year old Dad needed a lot of help at the end of his life. All the staff sent from Brightstar from the very skilled nurses to the home health aides were personable, caring, patient, gentle and attentive to my Dad. He bragged all the time about how he was receiving such good care from all "his ladies". Our correspondence with office staff was also exceptional. Even the owner took the time to follow up with us when needed. I can't say enough good things about BrightStar Care. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again for any of our loved ones.

Brighstar Care is a fabulous care facility, there staff goes above and beyond all the time, they are caring, giving, thoughtful and just a joy as they give their all to my care and needs, I could not have asked for a better provider for my needs. I would like to add that Sayge my CareGiver is incredibly helpful and is full of joy and I love having her come every week to my home, I would not have it any other way, I will continue to have BrightStar Care come to my home for a long time to come for the foreseeable future.

We have had the greatest care from BrightStar Care. They have been helping my husband for nearly a year. All of the care attendants have been great. They are always on time and help with whatever is needed. We especially love Mirtha as she is caring and has been so helpful and friendly. If you need home care I would definitely recommend BrightStar in Maple Grove. They give wonderful care.

My mom and I are very pleased with the care we’ve received for her 89-year old partner. He has dementia, neuropathy, and essential tremor that all make it difficult to do the things he used to. Elomese does a wonderful job of helping him do a variety of exercises, doing fun things like stopping for a malt at Arby’s, and getting his lunch. She’s been a real blessing to us!

My mom who lives in a independent senior living apartment building. Now needs PCA services and the complex recommended Bright Star. My mom has told me "that she appreciates her regular PCA Beverly. She does everything I want her to do. She remembers to clean the microwave and bathroom rugs. The place looks so nice.". I appreciate being able to call after hrs and get a real person to talk to.
