We have been using Brightstar Mesa since February of this year, first for my dad and now for my mom. MaryLouise has become a bright light for my mom after my dad passed. She has been there for my mom to help with cleaning, cooking and companionship. She looks out for my mom and cares for her like someone that is part of her own family. I can’t imagine how my mom would have coped without MaryLouise. Thank you Brightstar and especially MaryLouise!

Having major back surgery presents in itself an enormous amount of work in order to recover. That's why I am so enamored with the company Brightstar Care because of their hands of healing! First, I must begin with the Amazing Nurse May. She was knowledgeable and had a special way of connecting with me as a client and making me feel as if I truly mattered. Now thats the way Healthcare should be- expertise with warmth and care of treatment. Secondly, but indeed not least is my Physical Therapist James Justice. James has been and continues to be laser focused on my recovery. James is an Exceptional Physical Therapist for the following reasons:His ability to listen and empathize with me as a client, his expertise in knowledge of the body and how to simplistically convey that to me as a client and practical exercises that have been designed specifically for me and my current situation. He's helping me to strengthen my body as well as manage the pain. Words aren't enough to describe how James is helping me through this. Simply said- James is the AllStar at Brightstar Care! A 10 out of 10!!!

Excellent company. James J. is the best, kindest physical therapist who has worked with us 😊. He has helped us to walk and become stronger when physical therapists from other companies would not even try 😁. Alma is a good, professional nurse. If you have the pleasure to work with either of them in your home, you will be pleased.

Brightstar employees are excellent! They are compassionate and always go the extra mile if rescheduling is an issue. My family member gets home skilled nursing etc. Very satisfied with Tonya and Liz. My family member feels very comfortable with these ladies. Very happy Britestar sends the same employees as consistency makes for familiarity and feels more like they are part of his family as well.

Tonya and Rachel have been extremely caring and wonderful nurses! They come daily to dress my wound and thanks to them, yesterday I had to see my surgeon and he stated that the wound care nurses are doing a fantastic job! I can’t say enough about these nurses except to me they are ANGELS! Thank you both!!! Brightstar should give them a RAISE, they earn it every day!

Miss Alma and May that come out to the house Our Superb nurses. I actually look forward to seeing them during the week and they care for me very well It has been an absolute pleasure working with both of them.

My wife is recovering from a stroke and the care and assistance from Mary Louise from BrightStar Care is outstanding. She far exceeds expectations. She helps with household needs such as laundry and cleaning, she assists my wife with showers and dressing. My wife has a number of home exercises and activities from therapy and Mary Louise makes sure they are performed with loving encouragement. She is always a delight to have in the home.

After a lengthy search, we chose Brightstar Care to care for our 21 year old disabled son. They provide quality staff and check in frequently to make sure all our needs are being met. Sky has been our primary caregiver for him, and we are beyond thrilled with her. Some people can be timid around a disabled adult, but Sky is not hesitant at all to do what is needed. Would highly recommend Brightstar Care.
