My wife is recovering from a stroke and the care and assistance from Mary Louise from BrightStar Care is outstanding. She far exceeds expectations. She helps with household needs such as laundry and cleaning, she assists my wife with showers and dressing. My wife has a number of home exercises and activities from therapy and Mary Louise makes sure they are performed with loving encouragement. She is always a delight to have in the home.

After a lengthy search, we chose Brightstar Care to care for our 21 year old disabled son. They provide quality staff and check in frequently to make sure all our needs are being met. Sky has been our primary caregiver for him, and we are beyond thrilled with her. Some people can be timid around a disabled adult, but Sky is not hesitant at all to do what is needed. Would highly recommend Brightstar Care.

My mom has been with BrightStar Care's Mesa office for now almost 2.5 years. All her caregivers she has regularly helping out are awesome (Ashley G, Lindsi R, Amber W, Genevive K, and Danielle S also Antoinette who now is in the office but has helped my mom before). They know my mom's routine, are encouraging as she does her work to become more mobile, and she enjoys the time when they are in her home. The office is always helpful in figuring out plans when there is an unexpected change in schedule and always makes sure my mom has assistance. Cathy and April are always responsive and helpful the random occasions I have to call. Importantly, Cathy is great at finding caregivers that are great fits - all the caregivers my mom has are caring, personable, reliable, and know what they are doing. (updated 7/30/26)

BrightStar has been incredibly supportive in caring for my mom. Their team helped us navigate the authorization process and made sure her care plan truly reflected all her needs. Every caregiver we’ve worked with — including Rose, Robin, and others who stepped in along the way — have been compassionate, professional, and dedicated to improving my mom’s quality of life as we manage the challenges of her illnesses. Physical therapist James has also been outstanding. His work with my mom has led to tremendous progress, and his encouragement has made a meaningful difference. We are deeply grateful for the entire BrightStar team. Their commitment and care have made a difficult time much easier for our family.

Tiffany T. has been providing excellent care for my Mom for several months. She is the most caring caregiver I've ever seen. Her positive attitude and smile brighten her clients' days. I will miss her and Mom laughing together. Thanks for being a blessing to our family.

Brightstar has truly been a lifesaver to myself and my mother in the care of my father who has severe dementia and cancer. The company employees so many absolutely wonderful and compassionate individuals, but there are some that really go above and beyond- Carmello and Shawn have worked so well with my father, who was uneasy when this process began. Both have been patient and caring in their every move with him and allowed him to feel safe and comfortable while he struggles to understand his dementia and personal struggles. Working directly with Kathy to help me in understanding the scheduling and VA allowances has allowed me to give my mother, who is the primary caregiver the freedom to still do things on her own and care for herself. Jocelyn has been such a huge help in helping my navigate the VA process for getting my father physical and occupational therapy in hopes of helping my father prolonging his mobility. The understanding, compassion and true dedication their entire team has provided is truly remarkable. My mother and I were truly afraid we would need to put my father in a medical facility, because of the challenges we were facing in his care. Brightstar has given us a gift - I'm grateful they are there to assist us to allow for my father to remain home as long as possible and comfortable with my mother and I.
