First of all I would like to Thank Olu for his help and helping me to get the best care I could of gotten for my Dad in today’s world you just can’t trust anyone to care for your Aging Parent but Olu was so understanding in the care I wanted my 98 year old Dad to have I’ve couldn’t of ask for a more caring and understanding person that Olu had sent to my Dad for help, Her name is Miranda and what a Sweet Heart she is I feel like she is family not only does she perform all the things she supposed to do while caring for my Dad but she funny and has help make things that have gone wrong a whole lot easier and funny she’s has become a Blessing for my Dad my Dad physically and mentally doing so much better since Miranda has come to care for him I love to watch her and my Dad laughing and and some of the crazy things my Dad says and does and as far as Olu everytime I have spoke to him it’s has never been anything Negative that I would have to worry about as far as me recommending Brightstar care of Center City. I would definitely tell my family and friends that they would definitely give the best care that is available for anyone who is in need of someone caring for a family member Thank you Olu and Miranda for making Life a lot more easier you guys are a God Sent

If I had expected perfection I might have been disappointed, nothing is perfect. They were consistent, went out of their way to be helpful, the two aides we had were skilled. The representative from the agency was always available. I would definitely use them again.

Kudos to BrightStar Care! The experience from beginning to end was fabulous! My 89 year old Aunt was diagnosed with a terminal disease and all she asked was to die at home. This all occurred over a holiday weekend! When I contacted BrightStar I spoke with the owner Olu who jumped into action to get the care my Aunt required in place. He sent me the intake application, which I was able to complete electronically while traveling on a train heading on vacation. This all occurred on a Thursday by Tuesday the next week a wonderful aide (Margaret) was at my Aunt's home! She quickly became one of the family, I could tell my Aunt trusted her. The care my Aunt received from Margaret was fantastic! Olu was very responsive and addressed any questions we had. When we needed coverage for an unscheduled shift Olu and Wallace found a aide to fill that shift! Cassandra was also very wonderful! I thank BrightStar for employing such wonderful people! I highly recommend BrightStar!
