They will also go through an extensive screening and training process before they are sent on an assignment.  Every caregiver is a W-2 employee of BrightStar of Pasadena which means they are fully covered by our workman’s compensation insurance, business liability insurance and bond.  Because they are employees, BrightStar of Pasadena calculates and pays the appropriate payroll taxes relieving our clients of any potential liability.
