Beth was exceptional with helping me get care. The entire staff was friendly and helpful Ashley was great. Better than I can imagine!

I like the nurse that helps me.  I like that the nurse is always available for questions, that she is caring and has become a friend. We go over plan of care quite often and talk about it as well as my treatment. I like that BrightStar Care office staff call and ask if I am satisfied with my nurse. I like that my nurse Sarah makes the service feel top-notch.

My daughter selected BrightStar Care over others after doing some investigation because I was really sick at the time.  The care has been terrific. I have had an aide who is wonderful and BrightStar seems very organized and responsible.  My aide is extremely conscientious and empathic. Her communication is great. She attuned to my needs. She is incredibly reliable. The quality of service from the staff at BrightStar is efficient and they follow up well. They have good staff.  They are really an excellent service.

I selected BrightStar Care - NC - SW Mecklenburg Co over others because I was not happy with the other company we were with. I think I saw an ad and they talked about dementia clients.

I really like the two caregivers that we have had who have been good. I like that the first aide was pleasant and happy all the time. The aide we have helping us now is down to business and I do not have to worry about the care.

I do not have to ask them to do anything because they see what has to be done and do it. It helps me tremendously because I get to work. I am so happy when they come.

They help us with laundry, making her breakfast and lunch. They make sure that my sister is bathed and change the bedding.  They are really good at paying attention to my sister and providing quality of service. I know that they are dependable and knowledgeable.

I do not talk to much to the office staff, but when I do it's a positive experience.

My nurse Sarah comes to give me my infusions and she is amazing. I cannot think of enough positive words to say for her.  Sarah is a great source of information and helps my recovery greatly. Sarah goes above and beyond to do her job.  Sarah actually texts me between visits to check on me. A few times, I have had other Nurses and they just aren't as good as Sarah.

I do not talk to the office staff much, but they are good at what they do.
