I have been in the Caregiving field now for six years and BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley is by far the best place I have ever worked. You get to pick the hours you want to work , only required 1 holiday a year and 1 weekend a month, Management is completely understanding of work / home balance and do not pressure you to take on more then you can give. I have worked facilities in the past and they could never compare to the one on one care I am able to give to my clients at BrightStar, no rushing and feeling like you are on an assembly line and having to deal with unrealistic staff to resident ratios in facilities!

I’ve been a nurse case manager here for almost 2 years. This is a close knit, friendly, welcoming place to work. There is a lot of schedule flexibility, which is important to all of us. We have a great nursing team that works very well together, along with an awesome office and therapy staff. Very rewarding work!

As a Care Consultant for BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley for almost seven years now, I am proud to be affiliated with a company that cares about providing "Safety & Comfort" for our clients as well as providing many other services. I am associated with co-workers that will go the "Extra Mile" to provide the services that are needed. We work as a TEAM and that is what and how "Quality Care and Services" are all about. As an employee, I feel that if a concern arises we can feel free and comfortable to bring it to our Owner/Supervisor. To me that means alot in being employed. Out Clinical Staff is a staff of nurses that are filled with compassion, caring, loving and yes, very highly professional, and goes over and beyond to create a feeling for our clients that they as an individual, are important! Our nurses are always there for us to get educated and answer any questions that we as staff need. I would highly recommend our services if you are needing any services from Companionship, Personal Cares through Skilled Nursing. If you are someone that is looking for a flexible Care Giving job, or a 1 year or more experienced RN , BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley I would also highly recommend.

BrightStar has been working with my elderly father for 6 months now and they have been wonderful to work with! Quinn and her team are very knowledgeable about VA benefits and have helped me navigate to get the best care possible for my father! Everyone I have interacted with is kind, caring and flexible! Ryan is an amazing care taker. He assists me with all of my needed cares.I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. Andres has been very helpful with all of the billing in a timely manner. BrightStar St. Croix Valley is a wonderful facility to work with. I'm glad I found this service.

I currently just accepted a full time job with Brighhtstar Care! I sincerely haven't been this happy with my career as a Nurse in a very long time.
