BrightStar Care was a lifesaver when faced with the inability to care for our loved one by ourselves any longer. Shari & Helen were eager to help on short notice and set us up with excellent care. Such service!! All of the aides were wonderful, but the definite shining star was Tiara S. Tiara was an amazing, wonderful, kind-hearted soul who not only helped our loved one be comfortable, but gave us family members a sense of ease. And, she gave us excellent advice on how to care for our loved one! Although we no longer are in need of in-home care, if we ever do again, we will call BrightStar, and ask for Tiara. Thank you!

Ok, BrightstarCare Home Health is a winner! I needed to get a home health RN for a large lab blood draw in home (I am severely immunocompromised). Brightstar helped me tremendously!! They were very professional, smart, kind & very communicative. They were so very patient & answered my questions thoroughly & thoughtfully. I spoke with Christy & Tasha and they were outstanding in every respect. I called many places but Brightstar rose above them all. The nurse who came (Cindy, RN) was,also, professional, kind, quick & smart. She went above & beyond with her care as did Christy & Tasha. This was my 1st experience with Brightstar & I plan to use them next year.

BrightStar provided excellent service from the beginning to end of training me on how to connect and disconnect a TPN for my husband. The nurse, Richard, was a perfect fit for us and our needs. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends.

Special shout out for Christy Wolf RN, Brightstar Director of Nursing, who is always willing to help when nursing input is necessary but not covered by Medicare covered services. Unfortunately most of us reach a point in our lives when we need medical help and it is always overwhelming and stressful. This happened to our family when we had a medical crisis on our doorstep. We were overwhelmed and unprepared and needed support. Christy Wolf came to us with so much knowledge, love, and compassion that it allowed us to be fully present and give our attention and care to our loved one. When you need help managing medical care for those you love Christy is absolutely what you need. She is patient and kind but above all an advocate for the her clients. We've worked with BrightStar for a year. They are professional and responsive to our needs. BrightStar came to our rescue when both my husband and I were down with stomach flue. They got someone to help us within an hour of my panicked call. We've been lucky enough to work with Selbe for this year. She is terrific, competent, reliable, resourceful, and caring. She has stayed late if necessary, come early if necessary, and is creative in solving the everyday problems of care giving. She is self motivated and doesn't wait for instructions. She pitches in when something needs done. She has given me peace of mind and the confidence that my husband is in good hands.

Our caregiver, Cathy E., is especially terrific - kind, capable, patient, a great communicator and more. I live thousands of miles away and it's really reassuring knowing that Cathy is there!

Bright Star has provided in home care for my husband for more that 18 months. Bonnie and Amy are an amazing team. They work well together and fill in for each other when one is sick or on vacation so that my husband has consistent care from people he knows.
