Hanna, RN, was assigned to my case following my total left knee replacement; she was the Home Health Nurse. She went above and beyond normal duties since she also had to deal with an infection in the left leg following that surgery. She did a perfect job changing wound dressing daily. She also made my room at more accessible and pleasant. This was definitely a big surgery for me to endure, and she helped me 💯 percent get through each day at a time in recovery. They were never in a hurry I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and concerns with a friendly smile the entire time. I have had Brightstar Caregiving Services for about the past year now and they are the only company that provides maintenance exercise for my husband on a daily basis. Their caregivers are here everyday. They help my husband with bathing and dressing besides the daily exercise. They work with him giving him the dignity and respect that is important. On top of that they are the only company that sends a nurse out every three months for re-eval, keeps me informed as to any changes in scheduling's, and even make special visits to honor my husband who is a disabled Vietnam Veteran. And they make sure the dog is included in all aspects. In my opinion BrightStar is the only company that I have worked with in the past 4 years that goes above and beyond for their clients, no other company was willing to help keep my husband active and help maintain his recovery to the point that his doctors are impressed.
