BrightStar is a first class senior living facility. Our mom has been there since May of 2024 and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They answer all my questions promptly and are always available. Our family couldn’t be happier knowing our mom is so being so well taken care of. Delta alone deserves 5 stars!

Huge shout out to Michaela and Candece for their help and assistance with getting my Husband Rocky moved to BrightStar in 24 hrs. We had minimal options and little time to decide where to place him for the best care to meet his needs and these 2 ladies made it happen. What a team they are together. The love and compassion from the entire staff at this facility in Mason is beyond impressive. You can tell they all love their job and treat our loved ones like family. I can sleep peacefully at night now knowing he’s in good hands and receiving top tier care. I would rate them 10 stars if I could. They are by far the best Senior Living facility in Ohio. They deserve to be highly recognized. Thank you all. We feel very blessed that we found you. Best decision we’ve ever made for Rocky’s care.

Brightstar Senior Living at Mason is a first class, 5star community. It's a beautiful, cozy home, providing assisted living and memory care. I've been employed with BrightStar since January 2021, shortly after they opened their doors to our seniors, and I absolutely adore our residents and their families. We've got a Dream Team staff that truly cares, and displays their passion as they serve our residents. The Management Team is first class, all coming from previous communities, which I think is important. Each team member has the experience and expertise to continuously improve where they see necessary. It's a family affair .... my home away from home!
