Tracy has been a resident of Lake County Indiana for most of his adult life. Having senior parents needing additional care with unexpected health issues leading to hospital stays and recuperation, Tracy could easily see how needed a quality home health care agency is. He also realized with having loved ones in that situation, how very important it is to be able to trust and depend on a company with great credentials and a broad spectrum of care. He realized BrightStar Care fit that mold and was drawn to the franchise and their high standards. Prior to becoming the owner of BrightStar Care of East Lake County and West Lake County, Tracy worked for 17 years as a manager at a prominent car dealership in Merrillville, IN. The gratification of helping people and their families whilr providing excellent customer service has been the most rewarding work experience Tracy has encountered in his career. It is his pleasure to serve Lake County, Indiana residents and families as he would want his own family to be treated.
