I started using BrightStar for my home infusions when the pandemic started in 2020 because I was fearful of going into Cedars-Sinai for treatment. I didn’t even know home infusions were an option! Even post pandemic I don’t think I will go back to visiting a hospital or doctors’ office for my infusions because of the quality of treatment I’ve received from BrightStar Beverly Hills. Meital, Christina and Rogelio have all been outstanding nurses for me. They are always kind, informative and punctual. Nurse Lesley Sarthou of BrightStar is the most professional, and yet the most friendly nurse I've ever had the pleasure to meet. If you plan on getting a flu shot or COVID-19 Vaccine, I would definitely recommend her! My own experience was quick and painless!

BrightStar Care is a third party vendor for a worldwide investigational drug study in which I am a participant. During Covid, in person study visits could no longer take place. Meital Nazarian was assigned as the local nurse handling study visits in the Los Angeles area. She's amazing! Not only very personable and professional but she handled the extremely complicated blood draws and study protocols efficiently and proficiently. We always request Meital because there's no one better!

I got 2 vaccinations at the pavilions in Burbank My booster shot for covid and my flu shot. Nurse Leslie was amazing she was caring and concerning and put you at ease through the whole process. She would give advice on healing the sore arm et cetera if I have to give another vaccination I will definitely go back to nurse Leslie and I wholeheartedly recommend her

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had such a good experience and had an awesome nurse. I was so afraid of getting the vaccine but Nurse Lesley was so awesome and comforting. She has such a gentle touch and is so sweet. Nurse Lesley to see you again, I would get a third dose LOL. Anyone afraid of getting the vaccine, go get it with Nurse Lesley at the sav-on inside Albertsons on hillhurst, you won’t regret it.
