Each day I find a greater purpose and value in helping those we have the privilege of assisting. One of the many reasons I chose to start BrightStar Care in St. Louis and St. Charles is my passion for providing families the opportunity to continue creating special memories, even while their loved ones may be facing serious health challenges.

My journey to this profession is deeply personal. I experienced firsthand the struggle of finding and retaining reliable home care for my family and I understand how difficult it can often be to balance family and personal responsibilities with those of caring for a loved one. These experiences convinced me of the critical need for compassionate and dependable home care services in our community.

Prior to entering home care, I worked as a journalist, media manager, and banker, and spent many years volunteering with healthcare and educational organizations. Each of these experiences has uniquely shaped my approach and commitment to our clients.

At BrightStar Care, I am privileged to work alongside a knowledgeable and caring group of individuals who share my dedication to enhancing the lives of our clients. Together, we strive to help them achieve their greatest level of independence and well-being.

When I am not at work, you might find me running, hiking or cheering on my favorite sports teams. Go Cardinals, St. Louis FC, Blues and always the Jayhawks!

My life's purpose is to leave this world slightly better than I found it. I strive to be a dependable coworker, friend, aunt, sister, daughter, and wife who uplifts others. My goal is to make each person I encounter feel valued.

One accomplishment I cherish is creating a mobile intake unit for a disability law firm in a rural area. This allowed clients to avoid the burden of extra appointments. Thirteen years later, the mobile unit is still used weekly.

I work in home healthcare because my family has desperately needed these services. Families must have full confidence in the care company they choose.  I take real pride in ensuring that other families have a great experience.  

I love being part of the BrightStar Care family. Working with a team united by the goal of excellent home care is refreshing.

In everything I do, I want to show my work ethic and compassion.  Nursing isn't a job, it's a calling. My career goals were always put on hold as a military wife. My journey to become a nurse took a long time, but it was worth it. I've been able to work full-time, maintain a 4.0 GPA, and raise a family. Maya Angelou once said, "People will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel." Making people feel loved and cared for is my goal.  I love being part of the BrightStar Care team because it's like my second home not just because I work here. We are a work family.  I feel like everyone is on the same page and I'm blessed to have such wonderful people to work with. It's refreshing to come to work each day knowing that everyone is there for each other, both professionally and personally. I'm thankful to be part of this work family.

My goal is to continue to strive for success and gain as much knowledge as possible. My greatest accomplishment in life is that I started as a caregiver, advanced to an infusion scheduler, and now am a Client Care Manager. I love what I do. I want to show others that it's not just a job, it's a career, and you can always move up! I love working at BrightStar, we are more than just colleagues, we are family and families always have each other’s backs. I think that’s what our entire BrightStar team wants to achieve!

I have dedicated my entire career to the senior care industry, working in a variety of roles and settings. My experience spans wellness programs—leading exercise classes and educating seniors on health topics—to skilled nursing, assisted living, and behavioral health facilities, where I served as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Additionally, I have worked as a liaison in sales and marketing, helping seniors and their families navigate hospice and private duty care services. 

Helping seniors and their families has always been my passion. I find fulfillment in educating them about available resources and being a source of guidance during challenging times. My goal is to make a difference in the community I serve, offering support and reassurance when families need it most. I am thrilled to join the Brightstar Care team and apply my knowledge and experience to this role. 

Outside of work, I enjoy following The Saint Louis Blues, Saint Louis Cardinals, and St. Louis City, playing golf, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with friends, family, and—most of all—my dog, Pike! 

I am honored to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team. Together, we can bring greater awareness to the services available and help families ensure their loved ones can age safely and comfortably at home.

I have experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to balance family, personal responsibilities, and caregiving, which is why I believe compassionate and reliable home care services are so important in our community.

I was born and raised in St. Charles County and later pursued a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and management. At BrightStar Care, I’m fortunate to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals who share my passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and spending my summer weekends at the Lake of the Ozarks. I also cherish moments with my sweet dog, Benny and my amazing fiancé, who both bring so much joy to my life.
