We are so fortunate that the BrightStarCare Team came to our aid to care for Mom and quickly on a holiday weekend. It is very apparent that compassion is at the heart of everything they do. From the very start when Valary came to do an assessment, she and Mom instantly connected and bonded as nurses. Valary’s dedication and passion for nursing and her attentiveness to her patients is exceptional. She and Jean were so caring as they supported us all, listening to our concerns and family stories and loving on us during difficult moments. Even after Mom’s transition to a hospice care facility they visited her showing that their concern and compassion extended beyond the care they provided in her assisted living environment. Their love and support is unmatched and we genuinely feel connected to them on a deeper level. They have become like family. Thank you Valary, Jean, and the BrightStarCare Team for coming into our lives. So much more could be said about this outstanding team, but rest assured they will do whatever it takes to care for your loved ones as if they were their own.
