Our Caregivers in Charleston and The Tri-County County Area

BrightStar Care of Charleston hourly up to 24 hour per day - caregivers to meet your care needs

Our people are our greatest asset. Every BrightStar Care of Charleston caregiver is here because, to them, caring is more than just a job — it’s a way of life. Helping people is their passion. It’s what makes them truly shine. Because they know that, every day, they make a real difference by bringing more to life — more laughter, more time, more comfort, more support, more peace of mind.

Caring for people is not simply a career. It’s a calling. Our caregivers become a part of our clients’ lives. We provide the highest quality care to people when they are most vulnerable and need our help. We understand this and that’s why we have amongst the highest hiring standards and our caregivers are amongst the best in the entire industry.

We make sure our clients feel comfortable and live their best. The devotion our caregivers bring is what makes us different, and is the driving force behind our creativity, collaboration and innovation. There’s nothing our compassionate care professionals won’t do to make more possible in the lives of others. At BrightStar, we go above and beyond in everything we do, to not only provide a service, but to provide a higher quality of life.

BrightStar Senior Home Care Heroes

Home of the 2015 Southeast Region Caregiver of the Year:

BrightStar Home Care of Charleston is proud to work with so many dedicated caregivers.
Their devotion to quality care, compassion, and their caring spirits make them our "heroes".
We'd like to share with you some of our outstanding employees.

"Hero Of The Month"

As a way of showing our appreciation, we recognize one employee each month as our "Hero Of The Month".
It's hard to choose just one employee when so many go above and beyond in their care of our clients.
This winning caregiver is announced to all members of the BrightStar team in a "congratulations" e-mail along with the list of all the nominees for the month.
The winner also receives a gift certificate as a small token of our sincere "thank you" for a job well done!

The "Hero Of The Month" is selected from a long list of caregivers who are always willing to step into any situation, at any time - many times with little or no notice - to ensure continuity of care.

Care Program.

We've created an "Activities Table" for our caregivers to check out for use with dementia patients.
From sorting, to stringing beads/fruit loops, and making cards and collages!!
The basket collects evaluation cards from our caregivers as to how successful each activity was.
This has been really fun & we're hoping the word spreads so more people will be checking out an activity!!
