The care my son receives from Brightstar is great! All the nurses and caregivers are so caring and take special attention to all his needs. He’s Spina Bifida confined to a wheelchair so it takes special empathy and nurses medical trained. Director of Nursing continues to make sure his needs are taking care of and always has caregivers and nurses when needed. As a family we appreciate Director of Nursing and all nurses and caregivers.

BrightStar Care exceeded our expectations in every way! My Dad has complications from a stroke and my Mom has Parkinson's. Brightstar Care was their first experience having in-home care. Relationship Manager Christina Bales was patient and thorough answering all of our questions and setting up the initial home visit. Micah Haney, Director of Nursing, accompanied Christina and did an amazing job putting my parents at ease as she gathered information on their medical conditions. We then received a call from Christine Brown, Customer Care Coordinator, with the news that she had found the perfect matches. My Mom was thrilled with the positive energy and willingness to go above and beyond that Caregiver Esther Garcia demonstrated. My Dad was very apprehensive about his first help with showering but Heather Johnson had the perfect balance of professionalism yet being personable. He couldn't believe what a difference having her help made in his energy level. I highly recommend BrightStar Care!

My family used Brightstar a few times before, but this time we specifically asked Michelle to be with my dad for several days after we transferred him into Kauhale Memory Care unit. She was so attentive, if you didn't know her you would have thought he was her father. She cared for him physically, encouraged him mentally, and pushed him sweetly to do things to occupy his mind. She even wrote 3x5 cards and put them in different parts of his room to help the staff know him better and how to care for him better. Thank you so much Michelle, from the entire Moffett family, you were a special part of my dad's last couple weeks. Today is my dad's last day on earth before he transitions to Heaven, and we will never forget you. Attached is the picture you took of him, thank you for this gift.

I can't say enough good about BrightStar. They helped us in an emergency situation with my dad, who needs 24/7 care, and we needed it for over a week. My dad has Alzheimer's so sometimes he is not the easiest to care for, but they put together an awesome team and every time I popped in I just felt great about what was going on at my dad's house. They even kept the house clean, I went over to clean up and didn't have much to do. I want to give shout-outs to EACH person who helped my dad: Michelle, Ashley, Julia, Lauren, Kelly, Mary Paul, Elizabeth, Madison, Atianna, Anita, and Juanita. If I left anybody out I did not mean to, so please tell them thank you for me BrightStar.

I’ve been a client of bright star for 5 years i have 2 full time nurses and a nurse that is PRN who are wonderful people i would recommend bright star to everyone the nurses are Leashia cannon. Courtney Hayes and Heather Haney. Again I would recommend bright star to anyone
