We started with care for just my wife but when my needs increased, BrightStar was quick to jump in and make a care plan for me so that I would be taken care of properly as well. The staff have been friendly and very helpful. On the rare occasions that we have had an issue a simple call to the office has taken care of it and they have always made staff changes almost immediately when a request has been made by us. BrightStar Care has given me a way to continue living in my home. The home care aide is great at helping me adapt to my life as a disabled person, and great at suggesting changes in my home life to suit my disabilities. The staff at BrightStar Care are always available to assist me. It's great to be able to talk with a friendly person on the phone whenever I need a question answered. The nurse at Brightstar is very attentive and gives me great advice about how to deal with mini strokes and new health challenges as they come up. The staff at BrightStar are great at providing home care aides who match my needs. I'm very grateful to BrightStar.

Brightstar has been absolutely wonderful. The care that my parents have received has been amazing. All the caregivers are kind and courteous prompt and do whatever my mom and dad need. The staff is excellent at communicating with us and having a nurse we can call if we need one is a huge benefit. There has never been a staffing issue that wasn’t handled promptly. In our first meeting with Nick, he answered all our questions, laid out a care plan and walked us through the whole process. I would highly recommend Brightstar to any family that needs home care.

I love - love- love my job. I have rarely in my life been blessed to work for an employer who walks the talk: puts patients first and their staff a very close second. I have very rarely felt totally supported and cared about as an employee. I highly recommend working for this company. I know I am staying with them as long as I am working in the health care field.

Quality of care is actually 5 stars, however I preferred regular contact from front-line staff, or a supervisor of front-line staff, about how my loved one was doing. This is important so I could answer any questions they had and give guidance when needed. There was much flexibility in their care, which we liked. Thank you.

BrightStar Care provides excellent home care services to clients around the Greater Lansing Area. As a nurse in the hospital I, and many of my colleagues, have referred our patients to them with great success once they discharge home. They are very timely in their responses to our calls/emails and have always been very professional to deal with.
