Bright Star is great they have been taking care of me for over 3 years and they above and beyond for you to be comfortable my caregivers Clara, Corey and Charles are great caregivers I truly recommend bright star for anyone need assistance at home.

I’ve been working as a CNA with Brightstar Care for about 3 months now and I really like it so far! Jessica has been so helpful with getting me started as a new grad CNA. :)

The company is great. Ive seen great improvement in my health. The caregivers and CNAs are always helpful and efficient at their job.

The aids from Brightstar were wonderful. They were key to assisting our mother and allowing her to stay in her home and independent. Shout out to Maria, Sofia and Shantinee. These aids went above and beyond for Mom and we're thankful for all their help and care. We'd also like to thank Jessica our care manager for all the help juggling schedules and appointments.

We hired BrightStar aides to assist my mother after her CLL became active. The aides came in the morning to help her start her day, make sure she could shower safely, get her breakfast, run errands and get groceries and light housework. Aides also came in the late afternoon to help with dinner and generally check in at the end of the day. During the period when we used the aides, my mother had a few falls. During those times, BrightStar was able to provide aides for more time to help my mother recover and provide more care. The communication has been very good. My mother has had excellent assistance. Sofia, Shantinee, and Maria have been regular aides who have provided superior care, warm and kind attention, and always patient and understanding. My mother experienced a dramatic and rapid decline in health after being very active and independent (walking, driving, reading, numerous activities). Understandably, she experienced depression and could be a bit short and impatient with people. When I would visit, I was always impressed that the aides took the grumpy days in stride. They seemed to understand what people were going through as they transitioned from active lives to significant limits on what they could do. My mother is leaving her home to move closer to family and into assisted living. I am grateful that BrightStar could give my mother several months of continued independent living in her home as she considered what she wanted to do and reach a decision for herself.
