We’ve been using BrightStar for years now for Dad‘s home care and couldn’t be happier! Dad is in the advanced stages of ALS and so spends his days in bed and in his wheelchair. The home care aides are wonderful with him! Patiently and gently caring for him and communicating with him, and coordinating with Mom for his overall care. The home care aides and administrative staff show care for Dad and Mom like they are part of their own family. We are grateful that we found BrightStar!

I had called another company (whose name i wont mention) to sit with my sister during the night. They were 3 hours late the 1st night so i fired them immediately. I then called BrightStar and spoke with Christy who was extremely helpful & professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their loved ones care.
This was our first experience with respite care and it could not have gone any better.
Christy was an enormous help, going above and beyond to make arrangements.
The caregivers were on time, kind, pleasant and capable. They did everything asked of them and gave us comfort and peace of mind.
We will positively be using BrightStar Care in the future.

BrightStare Care was wonderful to my father. The aide arrived on time every day. She helped him bath, get dressed, made him breakfast, cleaned his room, did his laundry amongst many other things. I enjoyed having that time to myselft to run errands. The aide was nice to my father and listened to his needs. I would highly recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for some help caring for a loved one.

My family couldn't be happier. In one day, i had the coordinator, a nurse and a nurse's aide at my mom's ready to do the intake and take over. They provided 24/7 care until we switched to less care. My mom is a retired 83 year old nurse who used to train nurse's aides for home care. A tough critic! She couldn't stop going on about how attentive the care has been and especially fell in love with one care giver who anticipated her needs and was proactive. They showed up on time, kept track of appointments and communicated well. It was seamless and my family got much needed peace of mind and relief. CP

I highly recommend! My Dad has dementia and does not trust many people. He absolutely loves the aids who work with him! They are professional and caring. Christy has also been great to work with. BrightStar has been a blessing for our family.
