The care taker (Maranda) assigned to our 94 year old mother is courteous, punctual, engaging, kind, understanding, diligent, polite, and patient. Our mother suffers from dementia, and can be quite challenging to look after. Maranda does not seam to be affected by this obstacle. Maranda has a great attitude and a strong will. We are grateful for her service. We are very thankful for the staff members we are in partnership with at Bright Star Care (Visha, Coleen, Veronica, and Maranda) they have been easy to work with, and are very professional and helpful. Thank you all for caring for us and our mother Jackie. Please keep up the great work.
