They did everything they could to accommodate her needs and preferences, and I truly appreciated the patience they brought to every interaction. Because I live at a distance, communication was especially important to me, and BrightStar handled this exceptionally well. They kept me informed, checked in regularly, and made sure I never felt out of the loop. Ana, in particular, was wonderful—insightful, kind, and incredibly understanding of the challenges we were facing. While it wasn’t an easy situation, I deeply appreciate the support BrightStar provided. Their team made a challenging situation much more manageable, and I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism they brought to my mom’s care. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.
