I’ve been working for Brightstar as a caregiver for about a year now, I have to say that Laura Garcia the director of nursing is the most thorough I have met in the industry. She really cares for both the clients and the employees serving them. If my grandparents were still around I would be happy to trust them in the care of Brightstar care of Fullerton Yorba Linda under the direction of Laura.

BrightStar transported me to/from a surgery appointment & the caregivers were wonderful - professional, on time, safe drivers, compassionate, and interacted with the medical staff when I was still groggy, so I'd have information needed

I had a hip replacement in February 2025. BrightStar Care was with me from the beginning, so kind & caring. I had caregiver coming in to my home four times a week. They were wonderful, they would take me to my appointments. Help me with getting around in my home, meals & vacuuming. The office would call me regularly to check in to see how things are going. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and their people. Thank you BrightStar Care for helping during a challenging time.

BrightStar Care is truly one of the Best companies I’ve had the opportunity to work at. Im prideful being part of an amazing team! They have always been reliable, honest, full of compassion, empathy, integrity, respect for everyone! Peter and Laura care so much about the clients and the caretakers as well. Mavel Peña is the best home healthcare provider this house of Catherine Hartman she’s ever had we’ve had hospice care we’ve had private care we’ve had license care May is the best I would probably be the next patient for Brightstar if she wasn’t coming every day for Catherine Hartman who happens to be 100 years old today May is part of our house and she’ll probably end up having a house key and we don’t even use the alarm code anyway if May goes down I’ll go down thanks very much Peter Lewis Laura and of course our beloved May

Cierra is a wonderful caregiver who was called up in the navy. My mother and us will really miss her. She was friendly, caring and my mom adored her. The office is always great with answering questions and communicating 5 stars

BrightStar Care came through for us in a big way. I called Peter at 5pm asking if he had anyone who could be at my house at 8am the next day as I urgently needed backup childcare. Within an hour he lined up Mya and Micaela who could split the day watching our three children (especially awesome considering the short notice). We needed more backup childcare a few days later and had the pleasure of having Shinia as our caregiver. Mya, Micaela, and Shinia were all so friendly and warm that our kids (all under 7) took to each of them instantly. The professionalism and care of this team was excellent, and we know just who to turn to the next time we need in-home care.

Miki and Mya are absolutely wonderful, I have had several home health care personal but Brightstar care is professional and so warm to work with!!!
