From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail, making my stay seamless and stress-free. Planning a one month trip, accommodating a quadriplegic, is not an easy task and based on prior experience dealing with other agencies, I can say BrightStar absolutely crushed it and allowed me to enjoy my stay with a peace of mind I had not even hoped-for. Their nurses were not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with respect and dignity. They were punctual, well-trained in mobility assistance, and proactive in anticipating challenges before they arose. Their warmth and genuine care made a significant difference.
