I really cant say enough good things about brightstar. We needed someone to stay with my mom while in the hospital, with little notice, Hari and team did everything they could to get us help when we needed it the most. They made it easy for us to set everything up and got us a caretaker that same day. We continue to use the service today for home care and could not be happier with the quality of care we get. Planning a one month trip, accommodating a quadriplegic, is not an easy task and based on prior experience dealing with other agencies, I can say BrightStar absolutely crushed it and allowed me to enjoy my stay with a peace of mind I had not even hoped-for. Their nurses were not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with respect and dignity.
