Sean Trumbo
President & OwnerBorn and raised in Fayetteville, Sean Trumbo has been a proud resident of Northwest Arkansas for 55 years. He attended the University of Arkansas and has built a successful career as a business leader and entrepreneur.
Sean co-founded Athletic World Advertising in 1995 alongside Brick Ogden and S.B. Holley. In 1998, he became a partner at Nickle, Hill, Rodman & Trumbo. His dedication to the local community led him to serve on the Fayetteville Planning Commission from 2004 to 2010, acting as Chairman for the final three years.
In 2009, Sean entered the healthcare industry after experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding reliable in-home care for his grandmother. Determined to create a more professional, dependable solution for families in need, he founded BrightStar of Fayetteville & Bentonville. Under his leadership, BrightStar has consistently ranked in the top 50 out of over 400 BrightStar offices nationwide, and in 2014, he was honored with the BrightStar Brand Ambassador Award.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sean is passionate about staying active. He enjoys hiking, skiing, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with his three daughters, extended family, and friends.

Christina Tracy
Clinical Leader/ Registered NurseBorn in Fort Worth, Texas, Christina Tracy has called Arkansas home for the past 20 years. She pursued her nursing education at the University of Arkansas – Morrilton and the University of Central Arkansas – Conway, earning her credentials as a Registered Nurse. With certifications in mobile research nursing and advanced emergency/medical trauma training, she brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise to her role at BrightStar Care, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2020.
Christina’s journey in healthcare began in 2006 as a CNA, followed by her time as an LPN from 2007 to 2009, and she has been working as an RN ever since. Her passion for caregiving was instilled at an early age by her great-grandmother, who recognized her gift for serving others. That calling has driven her to provide compassionate, high-quality care throughout her career.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys hosting celebrations—both big and small—for family and friends. She and her husband, Matt, have been happily married for 20 years and share a full and lively home with their two daughters, Erin and Eva, along with four dogs and two cats.
In her free time, Christina loves traveling, reading, drawing, learning new things, cooking, and stargazing. Most of all, she cherishes moments spent with her loved ones, creating memories that last a lifetime.
Her commitment to nursing and her passion for caring for others make Christina a valued part of the BrightStar Care team, where she continues to make a meaningful impact every day.

Shneka Miller
Customer Care ManagerBorn in Marianna, Arkansas, and raised in the Southside of Minneapolis, MN, Shneka Miller has always had a passion for helping others. She has lived in Northwest Arkansas for the past six years and has been dedicated to the healthcare field since 2009.
Shneka holds a 2-year degree in Human Services from Minneapolis Community and Technical College (2006) and is currently completing her prerequisites at Northwest Arkansas Community College to enter the LPN Program. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has been a valued team member at BrightStar Care since 2019. In addition to her primary role as customer care manager, she also steps in as a caregiver in the field when needed.
An active member of The Historic Saint James Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville, AR, Shneka values community and connection. At home, she and her husband enjoy family time with their three children still living at home, while also supporting their three older children as they pursue their own paths.
In her free time, Shneka loves movie and game nights with her family, reading to her youngest, and relaxing with her husband—whether it’s a quiet evening or a fun trip to the casino (still chasing that jackpot!).
Her dedication to caregiving is rooted in a deep desire to assist those in need, making a meaningful impact in the lives of others every day.

Lisa Martin
Operations ManagerBorn in La Mirada, California, Lisa Martin has called Northwest Arkansas home for over 50 years. A proud graduate of Huntsville High School (Class of 1987), she later pursued further education at NTI, earning certifications in Business Office Assistance and Medical Coding in 2007.
Lisa’s journey in healthcare began in June 2007, inspired by her passion for helping others and her desire to embark on a new chapter in her career. She joined BrightStar Care in May 2018 and has since been a dedicated team member, previously serving as a Client Care Manager for five years before stepping into her role as Branch Manager.
Beyond her professional life, Lisa is an active member of Astounding Grace Church in Hindsville, Arkansas. She cherishes time spent with her family, including her daughter, son-in-law, and beloved grandson. In her free time, she enjoys thrift shopping with her daughter, four-wheeling with friends, and taking vacations to explore new places.
Lisa is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and takes great pride in providing compassionate, high-quality care to the community she loves.

Rebecca Conklin
Field Support Lead (CNA)Originally from Colorado, Rebecca Conklin has spent the past 26 years dedicated to caring for others. She began her journey in healthcare in 2012, inspired by her son's grandfather, and has since earned her CNA license and CPR certification. Since joining BrightStar Care in 2016, she has taken on the role of Field Support Lead, providing compassionate care and ensuring clients receive the highest quality support.
Rebecca is an active member of Brentwood Church of Christ and deeply values family and community. She is a proud mother of six—five boys and one girl, ranging in age from 25 to 14. Her home is filled with love and energy, shared with her dog, Fred, two cats, Fluffy and Runtie, and two leopard geckos, Batman and Robin.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys hunting, camping, and spending quality time with her family. She has a deep appreciation for art in many forms and loves listening to and playing music with her father’s band.
Rebecca’s passion for caregiving, strong sense of family, and love for life make her a valued member of the BrightStar Care team, where she continues to make a meaningful impact every day.
