Temi M. Ladapo is the owner and president of Above and Beyond Care Solutions, operating as BrightStar Care of Carleton & Canton. Guided by faith, family values, and a deep compassion for others, Temi entered the home care industry with one purpose: to serve people with dignity, love, and excellence.

He believes caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities is more than a service, it’s a calling. Inspired by the importance of family and the responsibility we have to care for one another, Temi is committed to ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and safe in the comfort of their own home.

Through trusted caregivers and personalized care, Temi’s mission is to bring peace of mind to families and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves every day.

LaChelle Halliburton is a compassionate healthcare professional and experienced operations leader with a deep-rooted passion for patient-centered care. With a clinical foundation in healthcare, she brings hands on medical knowledge together with strong leadership in admissions, home health, hospice, and skilled nursing operations. LaChelle is driven by her genuine love for serving others, ensuring quality outcomes, and supporting patients and families with dignity and empathy. 

Beyond clinical care, Lachelle has successfully led teams, strengthened operational systems, and contributed to organizational growth through strategic management and relationship building. Her unique blend of compassion, healthcare expertise, and operational leadership allows her to bridge the gap between patient care and business performance-creating environments where both people and organizations thrive. 

Temi Faith Ladapo, BSN, RN is the Co-Owner and Director of Nursing at BrightStar Care of Carleton & Canton. With over 15 years of hands-on nursing experience, Temi’s journey in healthcare began at the bedside as a CNA and progressed through LPN to Registered Nurse, a path that has given her a deep, personal understanding of patient care at every level.

Her education includes both associate and bachelor’s degrees in nursing, but her greatest strength lies in her heart for people. Temi brings strong clinical judgment, calm leadership, and a compassionate presence to every situation, ensuring care is delivered safely, skillfully, and with dignity.

As Director of Nursing, she is deeply committed to advocating for patients, supporting families, and mentoring caregivers to provide care the right way with empathy, respect, and excellence. Temi believes that exceptional care is personal, built on trust, active listening, and genuine connection.
