Everything has been wonderful since I got Ana

We recently had to move my mom to a new memory care facility in another state. I asked the facility if they could recommend a company to assist my mother when she had appointments off-site. I was told that many of their residents use BrightStar Care and they and there families are very happy with them. I decided to give BrightStar a try. My mother has had a few appointments offsite. Each time, Julianna from BrightStar assisted her. Due to physical disabilities and dementia, my mother can become very anxious about these appointments. Each time, Julianna was able to help her to feel comfortable and calm and each time, my mother would give me a glowing recall of her experience after her appointments. In the past, sometimes her experiences would be good - but never great, and many times, she would be very upset. Every time she has had interactions with BrightStar, from her initial interview and through her appointments with Julianna by her side, my mother has been exceptionally happy and well cared for. As anyone knows who is going through a similar situation with a family member, your loved one's emotional experiences can be just as important as their physical experiences. If you are looking for a caregiver, I wholeheartedly recommend BrightStar. They offer many services beyond the ones I am using for my mother. Each person has been wonderful, from Kate who with a nurse performed the interview with my mother and helped me chose the correct plan, to Alyssa who helps me to make the appointments when my mother needs care offsite of her facility, to Julianna who accompanies my mother on her appointments... at every single step, I have had a positive, professional experience. I am very happy my mother's residence referred me to BrightStar Care.

After deciding to stop additional care services for my brother in a memory care facility, the staff requested they start again, due to a complication of his illness. The staff at Brightstar, Carmel Valley in San Diego got right on it. They provided care that same day and were able to even provide increased care in this emergent situation.
