As the Branch Manager, I bring with me 8 years of experience in Healthcare Management and Customer Service Management, in multiple different settings. I’ve built my career around ensuring that every person that I connect with, leaves each interaction with a piece of mind they did not have prior to meeting. These differing roles have taught me the value of empathy through strong leadership and focus on operational excellence. I’m committed to creating a positive work environment where staff feel supported and empowered, and where clients receive the high-quality care they deserve. I am focused on building strong relationships in the Milwaukee community, and working with my team to help grow the BrightStar name in the Milwaukee area.

I came to BrightStar Care with over 15 years of experience in Supportive Home Care leadership as well as many years of training experience focusing on excellence,  professionalism and building strong relationships with clients and staff alike.
I am committed to successfully serving and honoring our senior community and care workers by doing my best to meet their needs, provide answers to their challenges, and plan and implement supportive home care services. With attention to detail and positivity I focus on building relationships with clients, families and other agencies to help seniors meet their goals of remaining in their home for as long as possible, as safely as possible, by providing compassionate care built on dignity, trust and respect - Bringing BrightStar's Higher Standard of care to each individual. 

I joined the Brightstar Care team with over 15 years of experience in business development and marketing within the senior healthcare sector. I am dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with healthcare partners, clients, patients, families, and caregivers. At Brightstar Care, I am proud to represent a team committed to delivering care at the highest standard; helping seniors remain as independent as possible while receiving the support they need. I am passionate about advocating for older adults and ensuring the have access to the education, resources and compassionate guidance necessary to navigate their care with confidence. 

I joined BrightStar at the end of 2020 and have quickly fallen in love with our home care clients.  I use my many years of experience in assisted living settings, and while I enjoyied my relationships with so many residents over the years, am finding it so rewarding to help our clients stay successfully in their homes.

I came to BrightStar Care with over 20 years of expertise in healthcare leadership and business development. My experience working in payor, technology, and provider segments provides a unique understanding of the healthcare system.  I am passionate about providing exceptional care and delivering the best possible outcomes to clients, families, and community partners. My goal is to ensure BrightStar operations are client-centered, compassionate, and focused on delivering a higher standard of care.
