Shabnum serves as a dedicated resource for families, helping them access the high-quality care and community resources they deserve with a personal, “neighbor-first” touch.

A San Jose State alumna with over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience, Colleen leads our care team with unmatched expertise. She’s served the local community for three decades at Regional Medical Center, and brings a deep understanding of complex patient care from her years as a Charge Nurse and Clinical Educator. Colleen believes that exceptional home care is built on a foundation of superior caregiver training, rigorous clinical assessments, and empathetic communication.
