Ashley, an RN from BrightStar Care, comes to assess my sister's overall health and vitals on a weekly basis. I am my sister's caregiver and live with her so I make the schedule with Ashley. She is so kind, professional and informative. It is hard for my sister who has Aphasia to fully understand what's happening and she has a hard time sitting still. But Ashley is so kind and reassuring that she is able to get the information she needs for her records. As well, she has been helpful in discussing different issues that I might have questions about. She also fills out a notebook so all of the family can look at it and see the vitals and notation of any issues. She is a true blessing to our family.

I used Brightstar for a one-day assistant following a medical procedure. The caregiver, Emily, was professional, sympathetic, and arrived on time. The office staff, especially Christina, were pleasant and efficient. Would use again.

Brightstar have been providing assistance for my dad for a year and they have been a huge help, they listen to the needs I express and work hard to fulfill.
We want to thank bright star rehabilitation for helping me get better.I have the surgical procedure on the L5 S1 region of the spine fusion, my therapist was Jody, who helped me tremendously without their help. It would have took me a long time to heal and learn how to use my body again. I truly believe I want to thank everyone else. Involved in my recovery and to help that bright star provided. If anyone is in need of a rehabilitation center, please contact bright star.
There is nothing phony, no Hidden Agenda, truly is in the business of helping you patient in physical. Therapy they are awesome. Five stars

Brightstar came through with shining colors when I found myself in an unexpected need. I live in Myrtle Beach and scheduled an out-of-town medical procedure in Fort Mill. I booked a local hotel thinking that I could simply call an Uber to take me to and from the surgery center. However, since I required full anesthesia, the facility would not permit any taxis or rideshares for safety reasons. With less than a week before the date, I was panicking as I knew nobody in the area. I called Christine and she said that although this was not their primary specialty, she would accomodate me. Everything went perfectly. She and her staff made sure that I was there on time and picked up post op and even escorted me back to my room as I was still very groggy! Fortunately, there were no problems, but I am sure that if there had been, they would have made arrangents to make sure that I was satisfied. Thanks for saving the day!
Mary is so kid and professional. She's a model caregiver.

My Mother has dementia and was in Assisted Living. She is unable to stay awake to eat and care for herself. We contacted BrightStar to help us with the evening hours. This provided her with one on one care.
She has been moved to Memory Care now.

I’ve just started monthly IVIG infusions with Bright Star and so far the experience has been great. My nurse Margaret is personable, professional and proficient. I’m looking forward to being under the care of Margaret and the management staff at Bright Star who have been very helpful in getting the process started and answering questions.
