After a long hospital stay, BrightStar was my home health care. My nurse MANDY was nothing short of perfection and amazingness! When you are in a bit of a pickle, and you need an agency to help with your transportation, care and post-medical procedure needs, I would recommend BrightStar Care. I had a great experience yesterday with the caregiver they sent me yesterday, called Jonathon. Jonathon was an enthusiastic young man, who arrived right on time, conducted himself in a professional, courteous, and yet friendly manner, which immediately put me at ease. We had a fair wait at the clinic, but Jonathon’s affable manner made the time pass seemingly quickly. Additionally, Emilie and all the staff I interacted with at BrightStar made the process effortless and quick. They were all friendly and each person managed to put my mind at ease. I understand that arranging assistance with medical procedures, care and transportation can be quite daunting, particularly when you are already anxious about a looming medical ordeal. BrightStar eliminated these concerns, and topped it up by sending Jonathon, who, as I mentioned earlier was exemplary! With the foregoing in mind, I recommend using BrightStar when your needs call for it.
