I have been working at Brightstar as an RN for two years now and i truly love what i do. i have been an infusion nurse with this company while i am in school to become a nurse practitioner and they have been so tremendously supportive while being in school. I have worked for Brightstar Care for 3 years. At first as a PCA and then when I got my license, as a Registered Nurse. Brightstar care is the perfect company, always being flexible when I was in nursing school. Brightstar care as an employer is flexible when it comes to creating a schedule that fits your personal life. I love that Brightstar care has always offered competitive pay and benefits. The skilled team does a great job matching clients to nurses that fit the clients needs and personality. I like that Brightstar care offers training in skills that a nurse might be rusty in or not confident in. There is also room and opportunities for advancement in the company. I like the fact that supervisors and Human Resources are always available if I need assistance with anything. I am 100% satisfied with Brightstar care and have made them my career choice. Our has a severe congenital heart disease along with other complex needs that include a trach, feeding tube, and the use of a wheelchair. For this reason, we cannot leave him in the care of just anyone because he is medically fragile and has spent half his life in hospitals. This is the third nursing company we have had manage our sons care and so far, it has been the best. Our nurse has been great and truly cares about our son. She is constantly working with him in improving his mobility, gross and fine motor skills. Our son also suffers from anxiety so having a consistent person who follows his routine whiling helping introduce new things has done wonders to his confidence.

Nurse Marie has been awesome. My only concerns seem to stem from management not seeming to work with my infusion company when issues arise.

I've only had a Brightstar Nurse for 6 months and after 3 differant nurses i found Jennifer. We get along well and she knows the pump I use. We haven't had much time to get to know each other when you only spend 3 hours once a month together so that will come in time.
