I hired Brightstar after another home healthcare company failed to show up to Care for me on a day of surgery. Leaving me to take a lift to surgery and a friend scrambling to pick me up postop. My first experience was with caregiver Spring. She was great. She got me to my appointment and home safely. Then came my colonoscopy/endoscopy procedure. Brightstar not only had to last minute change and find a another caregiver because the surgery center suddenly moved my surgery up the day before with very little notice and Brightstar was incredibly accommodating. They found me another caregiver and made sure I had someone to drive and take care of me. The surgery center was an absolute mess. I was struggling with some medical issues which they did not care about. The surgery center put me at risk and would not help me. If it wasn’t for Bethany, my caregiver I would not have had anyone to help me fill out my paperwork or stay with me in a room where I did not feel safe waiting for my procedure. She was supportive, kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough! Specially, under the circumstances where I was not seen or properly cared for by the facility and their staff, which was highly unprofessional. She attempted to advocate for me and get me the help I needed. She was ignored as much as I was. She helped me get a meal afterwards so I had something to eat and she made sure I was safe to be alone when she dropped me off and was willing to stay longer if she needed to. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know how I would’ve gone through that day and it would not have been safe without her. It was also nice to have somebody attempt to advocate for me at a surgical center that did not care about me as a human being at all, but she did. Thank you to all at Brightstar Care!

If somebody is looking for Home Care for their parents, my recommendation is Brightstar. They phenomenal in helping take care of your aging parents with health issues.Alexie was phenomenal with my dad. First day Alexie came into are home. Alexie was on time.And gave him a sponge bath got dad in-clean clothes. Make sure he was shaved making sure he was eating checking him every two hours to make dad was clean. Alexia was just phenomenal. Alexis took care of my dad as if he was her own. Brightstar care is on there game taking care of the elderly.

My spouse Jason Wirth is an Army Veteran and BrightStar has serviced his medical care and aide assistance for many years. The office communication is excellent. The current aide Delayni is absolutely amazing. Delayni is professional and attentive to the needs of Jason and her caregiver tasks are on point. Jason is very pleased with the current service and as Jason spouse I am also pleased with Delayni service and the communication with me as spouse is also good. Thank you for all you do! I was so Thankful when my nurse Cynthia introduced me to Bright Star a true gift and connection I knew it was for me not only was my intro a blessing it just kept getting better I met my behind the scenes crew JESSICA AND CHRISTOPHER who sent me these amazing women: The first to walk through my door was IVAJEAN who was like having my own daughter taking care of me she is so caring and so loving. I wouldn't have it any other way. When she wasn't here I had DENALI walked in the door with a big smile always keeping me so cheerful with laughs my baby shakira like having a new daughter!! Oh man and when I had ALEXIA she killed a spider for me !! A true hero Thank you Alexia! Lastly WENDY who is a breath of fresh air who is delightful and who knows what needs to be down right away a true sister always hard at work keeping it on lock down Even with my condition I just know they will care and love me .My new found family away from my family I love you Bright Star

My father had a stroke in June and has needed some extra care during his recovery. I’m not sure what my family would have done without the aides at BrightStar. A special shout out to Sia who has been amazing with my dad. He can be a bit stubborn but she has been great with him. She’s very caring, patient and keeps us very informed about his care. Thank you!
