Pamela has always been passionate about working with the public in clinical settings and promoting total health and wellness for 10+ years. She was drawn to BrightStar Care because she immediately connected with its business model and values, which aligned closely with the type of compassionate, high-quality care she would want for her own loved ones. As Branch Manager, Pamela is committed to building on the strong foundation already in place, setting high standards, and nurturing her team to reach their full potential.

Her leadership style combines several approaches, with a strong focus on Servant Leadership. She prioritizes the needs of her team, empowering them to perform at their best while creating a safe environment for coaching, feedback, and growth. Collaboration, clear expectations, and shared success are at the heart of her management philosophy: “When we all win, I win.”
Raised in Walhalla, SC, she enjoys visiting her hometown, especially in October during the traditional Oktoberfest that brings the community together. Pamela has been happily married for 12 years to her husband, Jon, and together they share a home with their four beloved rescue pets. They enjoy biking, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with their nieces.

One of the most inspiring influences in Pamela’s life is her younger sister, Grace, who was born with a rare disease called MSUD. Grace’s journey through challenges, including receiving a donor liver and ultimately being able to donate part of hers to save another’s life, has shaped Pamela’s perspective. She describes Grace as her hero and a source of strength and inspiration.

Hi, I’m Kelly Pearson! I joined BrightStar Care in 2025, starting as a Field Specialist and now serving as a Client Care Manager.

I’m a proud South Carolina native (Go Gamecocks!!!) and have been working in healthcare for over 13 years. I started out as a Med Tech and CNA, and for the past seven years, I’ve been with a nonprofit organization advocating for and caring for adults with special needs, particularly those with HASCI (Head and Spinal Cord Injuries).

Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to work in Hospice, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and with the South Carolina Department of Social Services as a Caseworker Assistant with Child Protective Services. Every experience has deepened my love for helping others and strengthened my passion for quality, compassionate care, and advocating for those who are unable to speak for themselves.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom, and dog mom to our sweet Bingo. In my free time, I love to travel, shop, listen to music, watch movies, cook, and spend time with my family. I also enjoy hosting friends and family whenever I get the chance — there’s nothing like good food and great company!

I’m truly excited to bring my knowledge, experience, and heart for people to the BrightStar Care family. I can’t wait to make a positive impact and continue doing what I love most — caring for others.

Celeste brings over 30 years of the title and real estate industry experience to her role, including 10 years as a top-selling real estate professional. Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Celeste lived in Florida and was Director of Sales and Marketing for a title agency before moving to the Carolinas with her husband, Mark.

Celeste has a strong background in business development and sales management, along with a deep commitment to community and family. She earned her associate degree in paralegal sciences and previously served as an Indiana Real Estate CE Instructor, a Real Estate Broker, and Mortgage Broker Liaison for the Indiana Land Title Association. Celeste also served on the board of several trade organizations, including the Indiana Mortgage Brokers Association, Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of REALTORS^®.

After a family member was diagnosed with dementia and working to help them, she chose to pivot into home care to focus on what truly inspires her- helping people live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Since joining BrightStar Care in 2011, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, each deepening my commitment to providing a higher standard of care and peace of mind for our clients and their families. I am passionate about fostering a supportive team environment where our caregivers and nurses feel valued. By supporting those who care for our clients, we ensure they continue to provide the exceptional care our clients deserve.
