As a Branch Manager for BrightStar Care of Spartanburg/Greenville, Oden Ohlsen leverages extensive experience in healthcare management and operations to lead the team with efficiency and dedication. Previously serving as the Director of Operations, RN, and IT at PHASE-Industries, Oden managed a comprehensive program for 60 clients with intellectual disabilities, overseeing daily services, nursing care, and IT support.

Oden's background includes experience as an RN Senior at the MN Department of Corrections, where he managed nursing staff and responded to emergencies, and as an RN Case Manager at St Croix Hospice, where he directed hospice care and supervised aides.

Oden's ability to innovate, improve quality, and provide exceptional care makes him a valuable asset to BrightStar Care, ensuring the branch consistently delivers outstanding services to its clients.

Kolbe Riggio serves as the Customer Care Manager at Brightstar Care of Spartanburg/Greenville, where his dedication to both staff and clients shines through in his daily efforts. With a rich background encompassing personal care, teaching, and management, Kolbe leverages his extensive experience to excel in his role.

Kolbe's journey in personal care began early, as he served as one of his father’s primary caregivers for many years. His academic pursuits led him to earn a Master’s degree in humanities and become certified as an EMT, enriching his understanding of healthcare and caregiving practices.

In his professional career, Kolbe has held various retail management positions, including supervisor, customer experience manager, and night operations manager. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for resolving customer issues and mentoring his team through coaching and training initiatives.

Beyond his corporate roles, Kolbe has contributed to education as an adjunct professor at Greenville Technical College, where he imparted his knowledge and practical insights to aspiring professionals.

At Brightstar Care of Spartanburg/Greenville, Kolbe combines his diverse skill set to exceed expectations, ensuring exceptional care and support for both clients and colleagues. His proactive approach and dedication to service make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Kolbe enjoys exploring new interests and spending quality time with his family, embodying a balanced approach to life and work.

Trent Graduated from Huntington University with a double major in Psychology and Sociology in 2001. He was a Clinical Counselor with children for 10 years and has always had a love for helping others. Trent is married to his lovely wife, Carrie Ropp who is a High School Math teacher at Mauldin High School. In his free time Trent enjoys any activity outdoors with his family and making memories on various adventures!

Walt was raised near Pittsburgh PA, and after studying art education for two years, went on to achieve an Electronics Degree from Penn Technical Institute.  This led Walt to a position at General Motors of Michigan where he worked and retired from after 36 years at their Emissions Laboratory.  Walt's keen understanding of process flow led to his current career in compliance management. Walt's hobbies are golfing, fishing and hunting, and his passions include his church ministry and a commitment to giving his time to help those in need.  He and his wife Donna have two sons and 5 grandchildren.

With two decades of dedicated experience in healthcare and personal care, Shavona Jones is a seasoned professional renowned for her bright personality and exceptional skills. Currently serving as a Field Specialist at Brightstar Care of Spartanburg/Greenville, Shavona brings a unique blend of caregiving expertise and administrative proficiency to her role.

Throughout her career, Shavona has demonstrated a deep commitment to providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in personal care have solidified her reputation as a trusted resource in both caregiving and office operations.

Shavona is recognized for her proactive approach and readiness to assist others whenever and wherever needed. Her ability to seamlessly navigate between caregiving responsibilities and administrative tasks makes her a valued member of the Brightstar Care team.
