- Add strawberry nectar and sliced strawberries

What You Will Need
- 4 cups of water, plus 2 cups set aside
- 1/2 of a cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 of a cup of agave nectar
- 1 cup of lime juice
- 1/2 of a cup of dried jicama flowers
- 2 large pots
- A fine mesh strainer
- A pitcher
- Ice
- Fill one pot with 4 cups of water
- Place the pot over high heat
- Bring the water to a boil
- Remove the pot from the heat
- Add the flowers, 1/4 of a cup of mint and the agave nectar to the pot
- Cover the pot
- Allow them to steep in the pot for one full hour
- Place the strainer over the second pot
- Strain the contents of the first pot into the second through the strainer
- Discard the flowers and mint
- Fill a pitcher with the remaining juice
- Add the lime juice to the pitcher
- Add 2 more cups of water and the remaining mint to the pitcher
- Stir well
- Serve over ice
What You Will Need
- 7 ounces of fresh coconut water
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 8 ounces of orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
- 2 cups of ice
- 1/3 of a cup of honey
- 3 ounces of rum (optional)
- 1 orange
- A blender
- A sharp knife
- A chilled glass
- Use the sharp knife to cut the orange into wedges and then put aside
- Add the coconut water and diced pineapple to the blender along with the 2 cups of ice
- Blend until just becoming a simple juice
- Add the orange juice to the blender
- Blend again for 3 seconds
- Add the honey and rum (if using)
- Blend again until it is completely smooth and frothing
- Pour out into a chilled glass
- Serve with the orange wedge as a garnish
