Born in California and raised in Las Vegas Becky has an enormous amount of pride in her hometown. When looking at business opportunities BrightStar offered exactly what she and her husband Marc were looking for, a company who takes tremendous pride in offering the highest quality of care while creating a work environment that demands the best but offers fun and personal fulfillment. Becky graduated from St. Mary’s College. She and Marc have 2 children, Connor and Sophie.

Hillary Brainard 20 years experience working as a nurse. Graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing in 2003. Direct accession into the Navy Nurse Corps. Served six years active duty, 14 as a Reservist. Deployments to Kuwait, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Djibouti, Africa, a humanitarian mission off the west coast of South and Central America, and New York for Covid response. Retired on 1Jun23.  Mixed experience in med surg, mother/baby, L&D, the last 17 years in ER/trauma.

Franchesca was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has 20+ years of management experience within the senior living industry, including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. She is excited to be serving as Director of Business Development and Family Liason with BrightStar Care of W Las Vegas. 

With over 20 years of experience managing offices and small businesses, Ginny handles our internal administration and many accounting responsibilities.  She has lived in Las Vegas since 1996 with her husband and two daughters.  Ginny joined BrightStar Care in January 2016 and is thrilled to be a part of the team.
