I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend them. I had a hip replacement and was approved for two weeks of at home PT. I like that they have a nurse come to your home to do a full medical history before your sessions begin. She assesses your needs and makes recommendations. Gabriel was assigned to be my physical therapist and was great at coming up with lots of different options for exercising and included both indoor and outdoor activities. He was very supportive and helpful.

The home therapy given to me by Rebakkah from Bright Star was outstanding. She helped push me to advance from my knee replacement surgery at an advanced rate while also being capassionate of pain. She answered each and every question and was always the coach and cheerleader. Very thankful to have had her for my home therapy.

I am very, very impressed with the services provided by all the health-care staff at the Rex Advanced Care at Home program. My BrightStar nurses, Jamie W. and Amy S. were gracious, caring, funny, and kind. They made sure all my needs were met and cheered me up with each visit. This is a very well run program with 5-star staff in home and on the phones.

Our experience was amazing. My father’s recovery was amazingly swift. And the attention from his nurses especially Jamie and Amy was top tier. Just insure you understand the scheduling and cognizant of the persons who are scheduled for your loved ones care. I highly recommend this program.

Everyone taking care of me was wonderful. Being able to be home instead of in the hospital made navigating a major health scare an experience with a surprising number of bright spots. We especially loved Dr. Wood, Amy S, and Jamie W. Amy was born to be a nurse and should be what all other in-home nurses aspire to be. Jamie has the biggest heart and endless energy, a joy to be around. Dr. Wood is one of the kindest, most respectful, and thoughtful doctors I’ve encountered. He really took time to listen and answer all our questions and concerns. I always felt like I was treated as a person instead of a number or case. I’m so grateful!
