While I am grateful for the success I achieved in finance, I reached a point where I wanted my work to have a deeper purpose—to make a real difference in people’s lives and in my community. That desire led me to BrightStar Care.

Owning a BrightStar Care franchise allows me to combine my business experience with my passion for helping others. With over 30 years of nursing experience, I specialize in acute care, long-term care, short-term rehab, hospice, public health, home care, and leadership. My expertise spans home health regulations, clinical standards, and best practices, including patient assessment, care planning, chronic disease management, wound care, infection control, and medication management.

I am deeply committed to patient, family, and staff education, as well as advocacy for rights and responsibilities. I believe informed patients and families are empowered to make decisions that support healing and well-being.

As a Director of Nursing, I lead with compassion and clinical excellence, ensuring patient-centered care and the highest standards across all aspects of home health services.
