Ryan, BrightStar Care was very proactive in addressing an urgent need to move my sister from a rehab hospital to home care on short notice. Ryan took the time to meet with the nurse and my sister to understand her care and what she would need when she returned home. To our delight, Sima, a nursing student was assigned to provide the home care who was very knowledgeable about the medications my sister is receiving, very professional and extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend there services.

When there were no warm blankets available, he offered up his own jacket to help keep this person warm. Truly the best sitter I have ever worked with. Would 100% request him again!
