My whole experience with BrightStar has been wonderful! From my first meeting when they came to my home to help me with paperwork, to this morning when the nurse manager came out to see my husband after a brief hospitalization. They are very responsive to my calls and I am so glad to be able to count on them. A big thank you to Ascenia, Juli, Ruby and Mike and to our caregivers Cynthia, Vodeline, Xianming and Annie.

BrightStar provided me with an excellent Nurse to treat me at home. Her name is Toni and she is extremely professional. She always shows up at scheduled time, communicates with me the day before as a reminder, never ask for anything, always pleasant and compassionate. Toni being an emergency room nurse, is a knowledgeable and calming presence in our home.

My son diego manjarres is been under the care of Bright Star Care. I have a good experience with the service provided by the nurses. I feel that my son is provided the best care during the visits. Nurses are on time and always ready to go above and beyond.

Our experience with BightStar has been great. We have a caregiver come for about 20 hrs a week. Our caregiver, Magdaline , is amazing! She is like family to us! So caring, sweet, and dedicated! We also love the nurse manager, Asena. Very attentive and eager to help! We have nothing negative so say about BeightStar. Highly recommended their services.
