Our Staff at BrightStar Care® Northern Ocean County

Husband and wife team, Rick Parimi and Deepika "Kay" Parimi, are the proud owners of BrightStar Care in Brick. Rick has MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Fellowship in Healthcare Information Technology from Harvard’s TH Chan School of Public Health. Rick perviously served as a Director at the prestigious Mount Sinai Health System in New Yorl. Kay has an MBA from SUNY New Paltz. Based on her background in Human Resources and previous work with individuals with special needs at a non-profit in New York, Deepika will assist with community outreach while Rick will use his experience in corporate finance and operations as Branch Manager.

Now that their children are a little older and more independent, the Parimis are looking forward to starting a new journey as entrepreneurs. They have always been passionate about helping others and were drawn to healthcare franchise opportunities to provide even more assistance to members of their community. BrightStar Care is Joint Commission Accredited, nurse-led care, and advanced capabilities with skilled and non-skilled care. 

Armed with their strong sense of empathy and dedication to a higher standard of care, the Parimis are looking forward to contributing to a better quality of living in the Northern Ocean County and proudly serve new and existing clients. The area has an amazingly diverse population with different types of care needs including to the Veterans. 

We are proud to have a well-rounded team comprising of Visiting Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Licensed Practicel Nurse and Certified Home Health Aide (24x7 or hourly care).

Allison has been a Registered Nurse for around ten years. She has passion for helping people, and continuously learning. The values of Brightstar complement her strengths. Allison is both compassionate, and strives to provide an excellent standard of care for the patients she treats. She believes is her Director’s vision, and is grateful to part of it. Allison plans on continuing her education, and obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing.
