Husband and wife team, Rick Parimi and Deepika Parimi, are the proud new owners of BrightStar Care in Brick. Rick has MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Fellowship in Healthcare Information Technology from Harvard’s TH Chan School of Public Health. Deepika has an MBA from SUNY New Paltz. Based on her background in Human Resources and previous work with individuals with special needs, Deepika will assist with community outreach while Rick will use his experience in corporate finance and operations as Branch Manager.

Now that their children are a little older and more independent, the Parimis are looking forward to starting a new journey as entrepreneurs. They have always been passionate about helping others and were drawn to healthcare franchise opportunities to provide even more assistance to members of their community. BrightStar Care stood out to them for the Joint Commission Accreditation, nurse-led care, and advanced capabilities with skilled and non-skilled care.

Armed with their strong sense of empathy and dedication to a higher standard of care, the Parimis are looking forward to contributing to a better quality of living in the Northern Ocean County and proudly serve new and existing clients. The area has an amazingly diverse population with different types of care needs including a Veteran Affairs office that they plan on partnering with.

Bill has extensive experience as a RN with experience that spans ore than a decade at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital - Staff Nurse, VNAHG of NJ - Hospice Nurse, Serenity Hospice Case Manager, Bayada Hospice. Case Manager. Bill is looking forward to working with everyone at Bright Star Care and getting to know each staff member and client personally.

MaryAnn is the community outreach leader to help educate the residents in our community about the services we offer. MaryAnn has extensive experience building communities and is working closely with hospitals and rehab centers.

Allison is an experienced and empathetic Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care to her patients, and learning. In any specialty, Allison is a trusted and compassionate healthcare provider. She has a knack for teaching and is great with language. Allison has experience as a private duty nurse, school nurse, pediatric nurse and nursing for home health.
