Trang Nguyen is passionate about her work. She is always thinking ahead. Meeting my needs before I even ask. She brings smiles and laughter wherever she goes. Having her in my home every day is a blessing. I am now well cared for and stress free. Trang is the most thoughtful kind person I have ever met.

All the Bright Star caregivers are great but I would like to give a special shoutout to Melanie and Tiana. Melanie is so good with my 91 year old mother who is incontinent and suffers from dementia and delirium. She always has her clean and positioned correctly and has things in total order. She works very hard during her shift to see that things are done right and my mother is not uncomfortable or neglected in any way. She is a very kind person. She even thought to bring my mother some home grown watermelon which was a hit! The same applies to Tiana-she is pleasant, very competent and hard working in caring for my mother. She was kind enough to give us some briefs that she was donating to another facility. And if she ever decides to retire from healthcare she can create another career in television repair! My mother’s tv quit working and we were trying to figure out the problem. She diagnosed it and corrected it and tv was back on! Thank you Melanie and Tiana for all you do!!!

Emmalee B is a caregiver for my husband Charles. I appreciate her and she is really helpful. She’s always on time and dependable and knows the VA hospital very well. She’s got many years experience.
