Jonathan Gray
Regional Operations DirectorJonathan graduated from Bethel University with a BA in Political Science in 1984.His interests have always been in serving others. Jonathan volunteered for 9 years with the Geneva Emergency Services and Disaster Agency with a final rank of First Lieutenant. During this time, he began working in sales and moved into management. Eventually, Jonathan had the opportunity to become part owner of a company in Chicago where he stayed for 13 years. Jonathan was first exposed to Brightstar as a client. He and his wife were caregiving for her parents who were both on hospice. They used Brightstar to enable us to get some rest at night. Two years later, in 2012 he had the opportunity to join BrightStar Care as a Branch Manager in Illinois. Jonathan became Vice President of Operations in 2013 and remained there until March of 2021 when he had the opportunity to partner in a new BrightStar Care location in Gainesville, Florida. His motivation stems from knowing he has the opportunity “Make More Possible” and serve those in need daily.
