Kimberly Shaw is a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who proudly serves as a Case Manager with BrightStar Care in Pensacola, FL. With more than six years of experience as a travel nurse, she has cared for patients in a wide range of settings, including medical-surgical units, home health, and specialized trach/vent management. These diverse experiences have shaped Kimberly into a highly adaptable nurse who thrives in new environments and approaches change with a positive outlook.

As a Case Manager, Kimberly works closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans that promote health, independence, and quality of life. She is passionate about advocating for her patients and ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

With a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration and professional experience spanning home health, hospital operations, and medical staff evaluation, Jay is committed to ensuring that every patient receives seamless, compassionate, and high-quality care.

In his role, Jay oversees intake processes with precision, optimizing patient flow and supporting clinical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. He is recognized for his attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. By combining leadership, analytical insight, and genuine compassion, Jay strengthens BrightStar Care’s mission to provide trusted, personalized healthcare solutions for families and communities.

Chloe File brings a diverse and compassionate background in healthcare administration, patient coordination, and customer service to her role as Customer Care Manager at BrightStar Care. With experience in clinical scheduling, patient advocacy, and supervisory positions, Chloe is dedicated to delivering a seamless and supportive care experience for clients and their families.
Throughout her career, Chloe has trained new staff, managed complex scheduling systems, and demonstrated deep knowledge of insurance processes, patient registration, and care coordination.
