My Dad is 93 with dementia and many other co-morbidities. I could not take care of him without the help of these folks! They are very professional, accommodating and so kind. We use many of their services - skilled nursing, home health aids, PT and OT and they are all top notch and soooo nice. I feel totally comfortable with my Dad’s needs in their hands.

I can’t say enough good things about Bright Star! I’ve been working with them for my dad‘s in-home care for the last three months. Prior to that he worked with them directly. We have had a handful of caregivers and all of them have been amazing. Dawona, Sam, Myla, and Shannon, thank you for everything you do! Tina and Kris were the nurse’s we worked with. My dad looks forward to their biweekly visits. Post surgery we worked with Diana PT, Stephanie OT, both did a phenomenal job connecting with my dad and giving him the tools he needed to heal. My family and I are very grateful for the care Bright Star has given to my dad. Highly recommend!

I came to Brightstar care because i am old and i needed more help with showering, wound care, and cleaning. All of the girls that have come have been very kind, helpful, and amazing. I am very pleased with all of the services they have provided. Kris the RN even clipped my toe nails and she is so nice to have around. I don't know where i would be without this service

My son set me up with Brightstar care for medication setup. Tina and Kris are my RN. I can not say enough about these 2 woman. This service is just awesome. If i am not feeling good i can call and they will come right over and check me out. I have no idea what i would do without them.

I came to Brightstar care for needing help with medication setup and cleaning. But now I'm needing more assistance with showering and personal cares. Brightstar was amazing at getting me more hours so i can get the services i need. Tina the RN saved my life. The girls are always right on time. My experience has been terrific. I would recommend them to anybody who needs help to be able to stay in their home. The girls are more interested in clients vs the work.

We have been with Brightstar for over a year and every one of their personnel have been wonderful! We have used their several of their home health aides, one of their RNs, a physical therapist, and an occupational therapist. All have been excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend this home care agency!

I came to Brightstar care for more help. My home health aide Sasha is amazing. She cares a lot, very helpful, and very good cook. What i like most is i can depend on services i need. She also goes shopping for me, plays games with me, and cleans my apartment. Physical therapist has helped me a lot. I have gotten stronger and she even got me to go to gym and use exercise bike. Occupational therapy is a great help for me helping me get equipment i needed to keep me independent. The RN is so helpful. She has made good suggestions about medication, and helps me with my anxiety questions.

I have had several home health agencies for my dad. BrightStar surpasses all of the other agencies by far. My dad had severe dementia and required more care than I was able to provide by myself. His home health aide (Sam) was outstanding, likewise the physical therapist, occupational therapist and nurse. Any issues were immediately dealt with (there weren't many; mostly scheduling issues). I have recommended them to friends in need of services and wouldn't hesitate to engage them again if I were in need of services.
